I’ve devised that my back pain has been caused by one of these three things or possibly all three.

1) Too much time in front of the computer

2) I have some very large breasts

3) I did a lot of floor exercises today

Laying on the opposite end of my bed to watch my TV. I never watch TV. But I am in so much pain that I don’t think I could do anything requiring movement right now.
